And is served as side dish for nearly every meal. The main flavor you'll find in Kimchi include sour, spicy, and umami. Kimchi is full of healthy good bacteria, or probiotics, that can boost immunity, energize the body. This class is easy and fun! You will learn how to make Kimchi from scratch and Kimchi pancake.
