SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS, FOOD ALLERGIES & ILLNESS

Please let us know if you have special dietary requirements before you book any classes. We will be happy to discuss class content beforehand to allow you to make your own alternative eating arrangements if necessary. 

Please note that our cooking class holds lots of ingredients and the kitchen is not a nut free site. 

Please inform us in advance of any allergies, disabilities, diabetes, pregnancy, etc. 

For food taken away from the cookery school, you will be told how to cook and store, we cannot take any responsibility for this.

Terms & Conditions

BOOKING TERMS, REFUND POLICY, AND CONDITIONS

 

On booking and paying for a class(es) you will receive a booking and payment confirmation by email. Full refundable is up to 20 days notice from the original booking date. 

 

Part refundable is less than 20 days of the original booking. There will be charged a 10% admin fee. 

 

You are welcome to transfer your booking to your friend, family or transfer it to another class at your choice. If you are able to re-book, this has to be done within the next 60 days of the original booking. Attending the class should be within the same 60 days.

These terms and conditions also relate to unfortunate cases of bad weather, sickness, grievance or accidental injury. 

Please notify us of any change in the contact details provided as these will be used by Ling's Asian Kitchen for all correspondence.

The menus posted on the website may be subject to variations if ingredients are not available. Occasionally we may have to cancel or postpone a class due to unavoidable circumstances or if a class is under-subscribed. In such a case we will notify all confirmed attendees as soon as possible and reschedule new dates.

CLASS INCLUDED

Ingredients, utensils, knives, equipment, and aprons are provided for all classes. We reserve the right to make amendments to course content and recipes without notice.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with better service.

  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new classes, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address with you have provided.

We often take photos at our events for publicity purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, or would like your image to be removed from our website, please let me know.
