I will teach you how to make truly authentic Chinese dumplings from scratch. You will learn how to roll, fold, fill and combine flavours with core Chinese ingredients. You will also get a chance to learn how to make traditional chili oil for dipping sauce. We start by introducing the ingredients, then have a cooking session, and finally we will enjoy what we have made!
